Research and Development of a suite of applications essential for the operation of the device DocuSign QSCD (Qualified Signature Creation Device) within the Environment of Qualified Trusted Service Providers
- This investment project focuses on the research and development of a suite of applications essential for the operation of the DocuSign QSCD (Qualified Signature Creation Device) within the environment of Qualified Trusted Service Providers (QTSPs). It falls under the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector and aims to contribute to the core objectives of the program::
- Strengthening sound entrepreneurship through the utilization of ICT,
- Empowering the ICT sector and enhancing its international outreach, and
- Creating new digital products and value-added services with strong commercial prospects and sustainability.
The DocuSign QSCD is a certified hardware device designed for use as a Qualified Signature Creation Device, operating in a secure environment in compliance with EU Regulation 910/2014 (eIDAS) and the new directive ETSI EN 419241-2.
In response to market needs, ICT314 will develop the application suite titled “Server Applications for DocuSign QSCD,” which includes all necessary components for integrating the DocuSign QSCD into the infrastructure of QTSPs
The primary goal is to deploy the “Server Applications for DocuSign QSCD” initially to Greek Qualified Trusted Service Providers who are registered in the Trust Service Providers Registry of EETT for the provision of qualified trust services. Subsequently, the product will be expanded to corresponding providers in other European Union countries, as listed in the official EU registry.
